Burlington Hotel in Ullapool, Scotland, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our busy hotel dining operations and events service. The role includes supervising restaurant, bar, breakfast and events, and guiding the F&B team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will train and motivate staff, manage shifts, and ensure service standards across all outlets while maintaining compliance with food safety and licensing regulations. Live-in accommodation is available.
