Highland Mental Health Team Lead – Part-Time

Job Description

Change Mental Health is seeking a part-time Team Lead to support delivery of community mental health services across Highland, based in Golspie, Invergordon or Fort William Hub. You will lead staff across the Hub and Outreach services, while directly providing mental health support to individuals.

The role combines day-to-day team management with hands-on practice, including occasional 1:1 support, group activities and collaboration with partners to demonstrate impact through outcomes.
