Job Description

Access Personnel LTD is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead site operations on projects across Inverness and the Highlands. You will own day-to-day management, coordinating labour, contractors and materials while ensuring safety and quality compliance on delivery milestones.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in civil engineering or infrastructure, manages subcontractors effectively and can interpret drawings and specifications.
