High-Volume NHS Hospital Chef: Therapeutic Diets

Job Description

Pertemps Glasgow Contracts is seeking a Chef to join its NHS hospital catering team in Dundee. The role offers £14.55 per hour, with 6:00 AM-6:00 PM shifts across 4-5 days. Availability on Thursdays and Fridays is mandatory, with other days flexible to service needs.

Prepare, cook, and serve therapeutic and routine dishes for patients, staff, and visitors. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, uphold food safety standards, and ensure hygiene and cleanliness across the kitchen.
