HIAB Class 2 Driver
Job Description
Driver Hire Edinburgh City is currently seeking experienced Class 2 HIAB (Remote Grab) Drivers for a full-time opportunity with a reputable client operating across Edinburgh and nearby areas.
This role is ideal for drivers looking for stable, ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position.
- Monday to Friday
- Minimum 40 hours per week guaranteed
- Overtime available based on business needs
- Operating a Class 2 HIAB vehicle with remote grab attachment
- Completing multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
- Delivering building materials to commercial and residential sites
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Providing professional and customer-focused service at all times
PAYE
- £16.20 per hour
- £21.50 per hour after 8 hours
PAYE Advanced
- £18.16 per hour
- £24.20 per hour after 8 hours
- Minimum 40 hours guaranteed each week
- Weekly pay
- Overtime opportunities available
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid HIAB certification – ALLMI C5+E essential (AITT or RTITB certification also accepted)
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous HIAB experience preferred
