Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HGV Tanker Driver on an ongoing temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities

Operate HGV tanker vehicles safely, following all PPE and health & safety procedures

Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly

Ensure correct vehicle positioning, loading and unloading

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
-
Work collaboratively with depot, workshop and driving colleagues
-
Act as a professional, customer-facing representative at all times
-
Operate vehicles in a fuel-efficient and environmentally responsible manner
-
Accurately record mileage, fuel usage and relevant documentation
-
Attend training, team meetings and support new drivers when required

Demonstrate flexibility to work nights and weekends where needed
About You
-
Full Category C+E (Class 1) licence
-
Valid Driver CPC (DCPC) and Tacho card
-
Previous experience driving HGV vehicles (tanker experience desirable)
