HGV Driver – Winter Gritting

Your new company
A well respected maintenance contractor based in Greenock.
Your new role
You will be working as part of the roads team, working Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm then every 2nd week you will be on 24 hour hour standby, you will be paid additional standby and call out rates on top of the standard hourly rate. You will be driving the gritters when required, please be advised when you are not gritting you will be completing other tasks such as manual clearing, vegetation clearing, topping up gritting bins.
What you’ll need to succeed
You must have a valid Class 2 licence, CPC and tachograph. Any roadworks experience would be an advantage.
