HGV 2 HIAB Driver

Job Description

Driver Hire Motherwell are currently looking to recruit a Class 2 (Cat C) Remote HIAB driver.

TEMP TO PERM

Duties will include;

• 07.30 start
• Carrying out daily routine vehicle checks
• Delivering building materials to smaller and larger sites
• Deliveries can be local and surrounding areas
• There will be some deliveries to residential areas
• Some drops with smaller items may include handball
• Use of HIAB ticket with Grab

You must have;

• A valid Remote HIAB certificate
• A good local area knowledge
• Good customer service
• A valid CPC card
• Digital tachograph card
• No more than 6 points on your licence

No DD, DR or IN endorsements are accepted for insurance stipulations

The right candidate will ideally have knowledge of the building industry and experience in operating a remote Hiab vehicle.

This will be a temp to perm role

Rate of pay;

£17.00 p/h paid via PAYE with holiday accrual
