Job Description

Abbey Logistics – A UK and European, industry leading, food and non food tanker distribution business are seeking to recruit the following;

HGV TANKER DRIVER – POWDER TANKS

Shift: Monday – Friday Days or Tramping (Occasional Saturdays)

Type of Work: HGV 1 Powder Tanks

Location: Dunbar

The role of an Abbey Logistics HGV 1 Driver is to safely and efficiently deliver customer products using powder tanks throughout the UK and into Europe if required.

Duties will include

  • Loading and unloading of Powder Tanks
  • Food and non food products
  • Keeping your vehicle in clean condition
  • Working at heights
  • Using your digital hand held device to record all circle checks and deliveries
  • Following company procedures in accordance with strict industry guidelines

HGV 1 Licence for a minimum of 12 months – Max 6 penalty points

Valid DCPC Card
