Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Paediatric Clinical Educator to lead and develop innovative training programmes that support safe, high-quality healthcare delivery across schools and community settings. This exciting role will work closely with NHS Highland paediatric teams, education staff and multidisciplinary partners to provide specialist advice, deliver evidence-based training, and promote clinical excellence for children and young people with healthcare needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop training programmes for school and community settings.
- Provide specialist paediatric advice to NHS Highland and education staff.
- Deliver evidence-based training to clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Promote clinical excellence and improve outcomes for children and young people with healthcare needs.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with significant paediatric experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong commitment to education, quality improvement and collaborative working.
