Job Description

The National Trust for Scotland is seeking a front-of-house assistant at Robert Burns Birthplace Museum in Alloway, Ayr. You will welcome visitors, process admissions and retail transactions, answer questions, and share knowledge about the site and local area.

You will upsell memberships and Gift Aid, support catering and events, and participate in occasional guided tours while ensuring a high standard of presentation and service.
