Are you organised, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once?

We’re working with a busy operations team looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to support the delivery of maintenance services across multiple sites. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating jobs, speaking with clients and contractors, and ensuring work is completed efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone from a customer service, call centre, or coordination background looking to move into a more operational role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Logging jobs via email and internal systems
  • Coordinating engineers and contractors
  • Making outbound calls to chase updates and progress jobs
  • Managing multiple jobs from start to finish
  • Updating systems and ensuring accurate records
  • Supporting the wider operations team

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using systems and managing workloads
  • Background in customer service, call centre, or admin
