Role – Helpdesk Administrator

Location – Livingston

Salary – 26,500

Working Hours – 37.5hr Week, Rotation of 8 – 4 / 8.30 – 4.30 / 9 – 5

We have a new opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our clients team in Livingston. Our client is a well-known and established company that are an independent BMS and energy solutions provider in the UK. Due to commercial growth they are looking to add an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to their team. This role suits an Helpdesk Administrator with a background in energy solutions.

Helpdesk Administrator Responsibilities –

– You will be tasked with providing full office and admin support for the team and mobile workforce.

– The role is fast paced and requires a lot of focus and knowledge of scheduling, material ordering and job management.

– You will also be liasing with customers, updating client portals and booking in all maintenance and reactive based works.

Helpdesk Administrator Requirements –

– Must have experience in Administration.

– Must be happy and comfortable taking or making calls.

– Having a background in Energy Solutions would be advantageous.
