Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) seeks a highly skilled Advanced CNS to lead Heart Failure nursing services within the Interface Care Division. The role focuses on nurse-led ambulatory care, virtual clinics and remote monitoring to transform patient pathways.

Applicants should hold a Registered Nurse qualification with a Master’s level credential, and a Non-medical Prescriber status. Driving licence and extensive Primary Care knowledge are essential.
