Hearing Aid Audiologist – Glasgow
Job Description
Hidden Hearing is one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life changing hearing healthcare. We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) in the Glasgow area. This role will be based in the heart of the community covering the Glasgow area and visiting patients in their own homes.
- Basic salary – £40,000 with rewarding uncapped commission payable monthly and opportunity to earn both quarterly and annual bonuses

You will have the support of a designated diary coordinator and supportive team of managers. You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, although some flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions within specified time scales and in accordance with HCPC standards and BSHAA guidelines
- Complete audiograms and customer records on the Company’s CMS system accurately and synchronise daily
- Adhere to company working practices including the standard consultation process
- Provide premium after sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries in a timely and professional manner
- Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements
Qualifications
- Qualified HAD or Pre Registered HAD with current HCPC registration
- Prepared to become a member of BSHAA
- IT skills enabling the use of company systems and audiometry equipment
- Time and job management abilities to allow a well planned and structured approach to workload
- Full UK driving licence
