The State Hospital is recruiting a Sector Estates Manager to lead core activities in building maintenance, projects, water safety and ventilation. The role supports capital planning and robust compliance to protect patients and staff.

Requirements include a degree or HNC in Building Engineering, with healthcare maintenance experience and knowledge of building services systems. Permanent post with 36 hours weekly.
