NHS Highland is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into meaningful insight that drives action. You will go beyond reporting to help services understand their data, identify opportunities and support value and efficiency improvements across the organisation.

You will analyse complex datasets, develop dashboards, and work with clinical, operational and corporate teams to understand data needs and ensure data quality across outputs.
