About the Role
We are currently looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Support Workers / Health Care Assistants to join our team at Murdostoun Brain Injury and Neurological Care Centre. You will be working in a specialist environment supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, and complex care needs.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care, helping residents regain independence, improve functionality, and maintain dignity.
Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.

Provide emotional and practical support, encouraging independence and engagement.

Monitor and record observations (e.g., food/fluid intake, mood, and behaviour).

Support patients in therapy sessions and rehabilitation-focused activities.

Assist in moving and handling procedures using appropriate equipment.

Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
