Job Description

British Veterinary LGBT+ is seeking an experienced RVN to step into a Head RVN role in Ayrshire. You will lead clinical nursing, supervise peers, and contribute to strategic development within a supportive, forward-thinking practice.

The clinics offer modern facilities, flexible hours (30-40 hours per week), and a 1:4 Saturday rota with CPD support and private healthcare. A positive, team-focused attitude is essential.
