Job Description

Lloyds Bank plc in Edinburgh is seeking a Lead UX Designer for a 12 month fixed term contract to drive the experience strategy and lead a design team. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to be in the office part of the week.

You will own design output, articulate design rationale, and present work to internal customers while guiding partners and cross functional teams. A strong strategic vision and exceptional communication are essential to align with business goals.
