Government Recruitment Service in Edinburgh is seeking a Head of User Research within the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (BIST). The role leads senior user research across portfolios, coaches researchers, and shapes how evidence informs strategy and delivery.

You will build and sustain a community of practice, ensure research quality and ethics, and collaborate with service owners and policy teams to prioritise work that improves public services for users.
