About the role: The Head of Region will lead a Regional Sales Team, reporting to the Director of Sales and Chief of Distribution. This role will cover the South of the UK specifically. Key Responsibilities : Lead the Regional Sales team providing direction, guidance, coaching and professional development to ensure the delivery of targets and objectives. Collaborate with other members of the Adviser Sales leadership team to ensure business planning, forecasting and MI is managed effectively to deliver insight to drive action Lead and drive the growth and retention of our relationship base across our segmentation model, “Keep, Grow and Engage”. Build and maintain strong external client relationships to build trust in our brand and help drive the business towards being the easiest platform in the UK to deal with. Work closely with the Adviser Sales leadership team, providing critical thinking and challenge to access the right capability, and prepare regular updates for management, highlighting progress, trends and areas where management action is required. Ensure full adherence and compliance with all regulatory, legislative and business requirements, protecting the business’ reputation. Represent the Sales function on key business projects and initiatives. About the candidate: Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent professional experience alongside relevant professional qualifications. People management responsibility for c10 FTE. Excellent Adviser Platform sales expertise at both strategic and operational level, with achievement over a period of time sufficient to demonstrate effective performance against objectives. Accountability to deliver on agreed revenue and quality targets in periods of market volatility, strong competitor response, and significant change. Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to represent Adviser Sales internally and externally, engaging directly with clients. Responsible for being highly active and visible in your aligned region externally and other regions/Key Accounts as required by the business.
