A leading arts organization in Glasgow seeks a Head of Programmes to oversee YDance’s participatory dance projects. The role entails leading national initiatives, building partnerships, ensuring adherence to safeguarding protocols, and managing budgets. The ideal candidate should have project management experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of working with children and young people. This position is full-time with a salary of £31,500-£33,000 annually, pro rata, and operates from the Glasgow City Centre office.
