Job Description

Standard Life plc is seeking two Heads of Organisation Design for a hybrid role across London, Edinburgh or Birmingham. Fixed Term Contract until end of 2027 with salary up to £110,000 DOE plus a 30-60% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Working with Heads of HR and senior leaders, you will shape governance and operating models to support major change, mergers, and workforce transformation across the Group.
