Our client is seeking a Head of Operations to lead their Wealth and Corporate Operations functions. A key executive role combining senior-level leadership with oversight of service delivery and operational efficiency.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and overseeing both Wealth and Corporate Operations functions.
- Ensuring robust transaction processing and operational performance across the business.
- Driving high standards of service delivery and client outcomes.
- Providing strategic oversight of operational processes and reporting.
- Leading and developing operational teams through periods of change and growth.
- Supporting business objectives through effective operational management.
- Contributing to executive-level decision making as part of the leadership team.
- Ensuring strong governance, controls and operational efficiency.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in an operations leadership role within financial services and demonstrate strong people management capability. They will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a proven ability to lead teams through change and deliver high-quality operational performance. A strong understanding of operational processes, service delivery and governance is essential, along with a strategic and commercially aware approach.
