Eden Scott is partnering with Penicuik Estate to recruit a Hospitality Operations Manager. You will lead the day-to-day hospitality operation, ensuring luxury, exclusive-use standards for guests, events and property presentation across the estate.

You will manage staffing, events, catering coordination, and cross-team collaboration while upholding budgets and margins. A hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail and a UK driving licence is essential.
