Head of Legal & Commercial Strategy

Job Description

Alexander Dennis is seeking an experienced Head of Legal to join the Commercial & Legal function in Larbert. You will lead and develop the Legal team, providing practical, commercially focused advice across commercial contracting, compliance, corporate matters and strategic projects.

Reporting to the Commercial & Legal Director, you will engage with stakeholders across the business, manage external advisers, and shape policies and procedures while supporting budgeting and governance requirements.
