Job Description

M&G plc is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Life Insurance financial analysis across IFRS, Solvency II, and UK GAAP. You will guide reporting for regulated entities, provide board commentary, and ensure robust controls and regulatory compliance.

You will manage the Insurance Reporting Analysis team, liaise with Investor Relations, and drive continuous process improvements while staying current with evolving accounting standards.
