Head of Fostering & YAP – Scotland-wide Leader

Job Description

JMT Care Services in Livingston is seeking an experienced social work leader to become Head of Fostering and Young Adult Placement (YAP). You will join the Moore House Group Senior Management Team and drive a trauma-informed, relationship-led service across Scotland.

You will lead recruitment of around 50 foster families, oversee safeguarding, ensure Care Inspectorate standards, and align with national agendas such as The Promise.
