Metagenics, Inc. seeks an experienced Training Manager to lead the UK AOC training function from Aberdeen.

You will drive harmonization of crew training, manage the Training Department across UK bases, and report to the Flight Operations Manager while remaining accountable to the Accountable Manager. You will ensure all flight crew training complies with Operations Manuals and UK CAA requirements, develop and monitor standards, and maintain training records within ISMS controls and contractor
