Location: UK (Hybrid) – Aberdeen
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £100k -£110k + Car Allowance + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
– Lead a multi-discipline engineering team delivering design and engineering support across several active projects
– Serve as the key interface between engineering teams, project delivery teams, and external partners
– Manage workload, resource planning, and team capability
– Oversee project progress, risks, and overall performance
– Ensure technical quality and consistency in all deliverables
– Contribute to future business development and participate in shaping upcoming opportunities
– Drive continuous improvements in engineering delivery and processes
Requirements
– Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams on complex projects
– Demonstrated capability managing teams across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines
– Strong understanding of design delivery across multiple engineering domains
– Skilled in managing workload, priorities, and team structures
– Confident in stakeholder engagement at various levels
– Background in engineering design within infrastructure, energy, or similar sectors
– Motivated to take ownership and deliver strategic influence at a senior level
– Eager for long-term project stability and pipeline security
– Interested in developing teams and enhancing engineering capabilities
– Values flexibility, including hybrid working across UK locations
Qualifications
– Degree in Engineering or related field
– Chartered status (or working towards) preferred
