Job Description

Orkney Islands Council is seeking an enthusiastic CLD professional to lead, develop and manage the Community Development Team within the Community Learning Development & Employability Service in Kirkwall.

The post holder will drive partnership planning, data monitoring and reporting to support community planning, third sector partnerships and inclusive local development, helping people of all ages access learning and improve life chances.
