Job Description

Bancon Group, Aberdeen-based construction and housing specialists, seeks a Head of Commercial for the Land Led Affordable team at Bancon Construction. You will oversee all surveying and commercial management from appraisal to final accounts, ensuring robust cost control and profitable developments.

You will lead tendering, subcontractor management and monthly reporting, working closely with site teams and Directors to drive commercial performance and value.
