Head of Client Services – Scotland Bereavement Leadership

Job Description

Cruse Scotland is seeking an experienced Head of Client Services to lead our national bereavement services across Scotland. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will line-manage Area Managers, the Helpline Development Manager and the Client Services Co-ordinator to ensure services are safe, accessible and responsive.

You will shape strategy, oversee safeguarding, clinical governance and service performance, and use data and lived experience to drive continuous improvement.
