Head Housekeeper: Lead Hotel Cleaning & Ops

Job Description

HotelCare is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team across the hotel operations. You will oversee daily operations, ensure hygiene, health and safety compliance, and maintain high service standards in line with client SLAs.

With 3-5 years in a deputy or senior housekeeping role, you will develop staff, manage budgets and stock, and collaborate closely with hotel management to meet KPIs and guest expectations.
