Black Sheep Coffee Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager in St Andrews to lead a busy team and ensure exceptional coffee and guest experience. This full-time role covers 45 contracted hours per week with varied shifts, including weekends.

You will oversee cash handling, stock control, and daily reporting to hit store KPIs. The ideal candidate has prior management experience in coffee or food service, is highly customer-focused and ready to train and motivate staff.
