A quality-focused culinary client in Edinburgh is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead their dedicated kitchen brigade in delivering high-level food concepts. The ideal candidate will have experience in a volume food-led kitchen and one rosette restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing menu delivery and training the kitchen team to create memorable experiences for guests. The position offers a salary of £40k to £45k DOE, plus £7k tronc and annual bonuses.
