Job Description

On behalf of our client, Northern Marine Manning Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced HeadChef for a 4 week on/off rotation on a drillship.

Experience Required:

  • Relevant industry experience, including skills in a similar catering position
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge concerning food hygiene
  • An understanding of operating a catering business according to strict budgetary constraints
  • Excellent Customer Service skills

Essential Certification:

  • Passport
  • Seamans Book
  • STCW Designated Security Duties
  • STCW Basic Safety Training
  • Food Hygiene
  • First Aid (Offshore)
  • OPITO BOSIET (With CA-EBS)
  • ENG1 / ILO Medical Seafarer
  • Food Handlers Medical (OGUK)
