Marie Curie Edinburgh Hospice is seeking a Head Chef to lead the catering team, delivering nutritious meals that support patients, families, visitors and staff. You will steer menus, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and drive a patient-centred dining experience.

You will role-model leadership, compliance with HACCP and allergen management while fostering a supportive kitchen environment at the Edinburgh hospice.
