Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Oakham is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our busy town centre brasserie restaurant. You will manage the day-to-day kitchen operations, coach the team, and ensure top quality dishes for 60-100 covers per service using local, seasonal ingredients.

The role offers a competitive base salary of £42,000-£43,000, tips, and a 48-hour week, with meals on duty and the possibility of live-in.
