Greene King in Dumbarton is seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations during busy services, delivering consistently high standards and inspiring the team.

You will manage a busy service, coach and develop staff, ensure food safety and allergen controls, and maintain branding across dishes to deliver a memorable dining experience for guests.

You’ll work with front-of-house to optimise service flow, maintain HACCP compliance, and help the pub continue to be a welcoming community hub.
