Yellow 42 Recruitment are working on behalf of a busy and vibrant restaurant in the heart of Glasgow City Centre to find a motived Head Chef to join their well-established team. An exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment, cooking with fresh ingredients in a business that has served happy customers for over 20 years!

They have created and honed their menu over the years and would love to hear from you if you have:

• A minimum of two years experience as a senior chef in a similar environment.
• Proven track record and ability to cover all areas of the kitchen.
• A genuine passion for creating and delivering first class consistent food.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to cope under pressure and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Fantastic organisation skills.
• Confidence in controlling costs and minimising waste.
• Passion and care for your team to drive their progression and build the team.

The Reward Head Chef

A competitive starting salary of £38,000 plus guaranteed £7,000 of Tronc per year.
