Handyman – Voids
Location: Aberdeen
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing, long-term work
We are currently seeking an experienced Handyman to work on void properties within blocks of flats. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work available for the right candidate.
Duties will include:

Painting and patching works

Basic joinery repairs

Minor tiling tasks

General maintenance duties as required
Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card (essential)

Previous handyman/maintenance experience within residential properties
-
Own tools and transport preferred (not essential)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
