Hands-On Production Lead – FMCG & Process Improvement

Job Description

A production manager role at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to run day-to-day production operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment, develop the team and drive improvements across the manufacturing process. You will lead planning and scheduling, monitor performance, ensure quality and safety compliance, and work with other departments to turn problems into opportunities.

Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.
