As a Guest Service Team Member, you’re more than just part of the team – you’re part of the experience, shaping the moments and memories our guests will carry with them long after they leave.

Please note that the position consists of 3 shifts per week (8 hours per shift). This role involves lone working, weekend work, and shift patterns. Shifts will include 7:00am-3:00pm (day shift) and 3:00pm-11:00pm (back shift).

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in shaping our guests’ stay, offering a warm welcome and support that turn good visits into great ones. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Demonstrating your confidence in handling check-ins, bookings and guest requests.
  • You’ll bring great communication skills and love sharing your local know-how to help guests make the most of their stay.
