The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant at our luxury Edinburgh property. You will deliver exceptional guest service, be familiar with all menus, and help create memorable experiences for every guest, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

We offer a casual contract, hourly pay of 13.61 with OTE, holiday allowance starting at 28 days, nutritious meals on duty, and generous development opportunities.
