Guest Experience Lead: Front Desk & Bar

Job Description

Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh West End is seeking a Reception/Bar Supervisor to oversee Front Office and Food & Beverage teams, ensuring guests receive excellent service throughout their stay.

You will manage the front desk, support the bar team, handle guest concerns, manage reservations, and ensure rooms and public areas are clean. You will also assist the Head of Department with staff training and uphold our brand standards.
