Job Description

MOXY Edinburgh is seeking a Crew Leader (Duty Manager) to supervise reception operations and deliver exceptional guest service. This full-time role requires flexibility to cover early, late and night shifts across a busy hotel.

You will lead the front desk team, manage Food & Beverage outlets, check guests in/out, handle billing, resolve issues, and promote Marriott Bonvoy. Knowledge of Opera or Micros is a plus; strong English skills and energetic, people-focused attitude are essential.
