Auchrannie Resort, located on the beautiful Isle of Arran, is seeking a dedicated receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time role that involves ensuring the highest standards of guest service, from check-in to check-out, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service role and demonstrate an engaging personality. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, upselling services, and maintaining presentation standards across the resort. Accommodation is provided.
