Growth Marketing Lead – Personalisation & Partnerships

Job Description

Tesco Insurance and Money Services is seeking a Marketing & Proposition Lead to drive growth within our Partnerships portfolio, focusing on Gift Cards and Travel Money. You will lead a team delivering end-to-end marketing activity to boost engagement, performance, and long-term business growth, while shaping personalisation delivery.

You’ll own cross-channel marketing planning across paid, owned and CRM, partner with Commercial and Product to prioritise opportunities, and report on performance
